Fix Cabinet Door Hinge Particle Board Epoxy

The bonding agent acts as a bridge between the particle board and the epoxy putty ensuring adhesion.
Fix cabinet door hinge particle board epoxy. Transfer a small amount of polyester resin auto body filler or epoxy wood filler to a flat surface. Use wooden toothpicks to fill. Then fill the glue injector with the wood glue and apply it where the piece broke off as well as on the piece itself. Continue to fill the hole with toothpicks and the filler until nothing else will fit into the hole.
Wait several minutes for the wood glue to get tacky and press the piece in place. If the accident pulled out a large chunk of the particleboard glue it back into place and let the glue set up before proceeding with the rest of the repair. Step 4 fill the hole in with the epoxy putty. Affix the broken piece if the piece is still attached to the particle board then dry fit it first to determine how well it will sit.
The dowel then carries the thread stress and not the cabinet. Drill out the stripped screw hole to accept the plug. Now insert them into the over sized hole that is too large for the cabinet door screw. Then glue the wood dowel in cut it off flush and once dried drill your new hole for the hardware again in the new wooden dowel.
Use a putty knife to smooth the top of the repair to make sure that the surface is level with the rest of the particleboard. Taking a couple of wooden tooth picks in hand dip them in the bondo. Start by removing the hinge screws on the cabinet and flipping the hinge out of your way. Apply wood filler following the directions on the can or tube.
And it will hold for a long time. Apply an epoxy bonding agent to the inner edges of the hole.
